Dear Friends

I have some of the best friends ever. I used to walk around the halls of my high school, as a freshman, and wish for a close group of girls to laugh with and confide in.  And, of course, this group of friends had to set me up with my crush and share clothes with me.  By the end of high school, I had found those girls.  (PS - I didn't end up having a boyfriend in high school but I knew these ladies were my wing-women.)   I was so blessed.  The same thing happened in college.  I went away, down the road to a small school, and hoped I'd make those long-lasting friendships everyone seems to have in college and beyond.  I didn't need a lot of friends; just a few to make it through late-night studying, break ups, and the beginning of my coffee addiction with.  I don't see or talk to every friend from high school or college but there are a few that still very near and dear to my heart.  And now, five years later, I have a few more girls who I love sharing life with.  I have been so blessed.  I have never had to go through a season (good or bad) alone. One of these friends is Lizbeth.  She is below with her adorable daughter, Ada.

Thanks, dear friends, whether you live in Georgia, Texas, New York, New Hampshire or down the road.  Love you.

FYI - I am afraid this note makes me sound like I am dying.  I'm not.
